How to return the goods?
We build armor for the long haul, but we respect every change of plans. Our mission is your total satisfaction. If our gear doesn’t fit your current expedition or your bike setup, we offer a straightforward, no-nonsense return process. No hidden clauses, no complicated hurdles – just a clear path to get your funds back so you can keep moving toward your next goal.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the goods.
1. To return an order previously placed with us, simply fill out the form below and follow the instructions provided on the screen.
2. Send the returned goods to the following address: Crosso, Siedzikówny 13 Street, 15-130 Bialystok, Poland (at your own expense).
3. After receiving the parcel with the returned goods, we will refund the funds to the account from which the payment was made or, if the payment on delivery was made we will refund the funds to the bank account number provided, which was entered in the return form.
