There was supposed to be a cable grommet sewn in, and there is a cable grommet. The quality of the bag is excellent, plus there is great contact from the store, which informed me how to make my request, and the delivery time was less than a week. I will definitely buy something there again.

Great saddlebags. This year I traveled with them on the Białystok-Vatican route (over 2,000 km). I traveled alone and wanted to be self-sufficient, camping wherever I would go on a given day, so I actually had everything with me: a tent, sleeping bag, gas stove, cooking utensils, clothes, etc. I packed myself in 2x30l panniers + a 40l bag. Mega roomy, quick and easy to install and detach, waterproof (although it rained only 2 days, but not a single drop got inside). After such a route, they look like new, which means they will definitely last for years. I must also say that the contact with the company's employees was at a high level - professionally, openly and with passion. I recommend it to everyone, whether it's a short trip or a longer trip. I have been using Crosso panniers for many years. They are well thought out, reliable and durable. So far I have been using a bag with Crosso hooks. Today I picked up small panniers with rail hooks. I wonder how they will behave on the road.
