How to file a warranty claim?
If your product is eligible for a warranty (24 months from the date of purchase) or an extended guarantee (depending on the type of gear – details here):
1. Fill out the electronic form on this page.
2. In response to the confirmation email you receive after submitting the form, please reply with photos of the damaged/faulty product.
3. We will then review the photos and contact you with a proposed solution.
4. If your claim is accepted, please ensure the product is clean before shipping it back to us, so it does not contaminate our processing equipment. If a dirty product is sent, you may be charged for the cleaning of our machinery.
