The Zipper Cosinus Frame Pack is designed for those who want to utilize the cargo potential of their bicycle frame’s main triangle down to the very last square centimeter.
This bikepacking bag features an incredibly practical two-chamber design, allowing for better gear organization and easier access to contents. The presence of a divider ensures the bag does not bulge outward—eliminating the problem of your legs rubbing against the sides of the bag.

Cargo space
The divider between the chambers is attached with Velcro, so you can remove it if you need to transport a larger item. You can also detach it just at the end to carry tent poles inside without giving up the benefits of the two-chamber solution. The divider is placed at approximately 2/3 of the height. The top chamber takes up 1/3 of the height, and the bottom chamber 2/3.
Pockets & safety
This bag is equipped with two pockets for small items:
✅ An internal pocket located just below the main zipper.
✅ An external mesh pocket placed on the side opposite the main zipper. Perfect for keeping snacks at hand.
🔦 On both sides of the bag there is a reflective logo that increases the visibility of the cyclist on the road, thus improving your safety!

Mounting system
The edges in contact with the frame are equipped with a system of loops along their entire length, allowing you to attach the Velcro straps in the most convenient places. The set includes eight mounting straps lined with non-slip material to stabilize the bag and protect the frame. Three of the straps are longer, designed for the down tube, which usually has a larger cross-section. If they are too long for your frame, simply shorten the unstitched end with scissors.
On both sides of the bag, there is a reflective logo that increases the cyclist’s visibility on the road, thereby improving your safety!
Water Resistance
The Zipper Cosinus Frame Pack is crafted from waterproof Cordura® TPU. It’s sealed with a splash-proof zipper. The bag is made using a sewing process, which means that the material (waterproof Cordura) partially loses its waterproof properties at the seams. This means the Zipper Cosinus will protect your gear from moisture or moderate rainfall, but not from complete submersion or prolonged heavy rain. Moisture-sensitive items should be additionally protected.
