Hidden Heroes: The Components That Matter

True reliability lies in the details often hidden from plain sight. While many manufacturers cut costs on “invisible” components like threads or stiffeners, we know that a single failure here can render your gear useless in the middle of an expedition. That is why we refuse to compromise, choosing only top-tier sub-assemblies from trusted Polish and European suppliers. We build our panniers to survive the toughest conditions, ensuring that every strap, zipper, and stitch works as hard as you do.

Mounting Straps

Rugged polypropylene webbing (2 and 2.5 cm wide). We source them locally from a trusted Polish producer to ensure consistent strength.

Zippers

Used in the secure flap pockets. Durable and jam-resistant mechanisms sourced from a Polish producer.

Stiffening Board

Non-breaking polypropylene board (2-3 mm thick) with shape memory. It takes a beating and bounces back. Polish production.

Reflective Elements

Permanently heat-welded onto the fabric. High-visibility technology visible from up to 600 meters. Premium Swedish production.

Threads

Heavy-duty Polyamide with extreme tear strength. The backbone of our construction. Sourced from a Polish producer.
