These panniers are fully waterproof and water-tight! What does it mean?
To produce Cordura® Pro Line bicycle panniers series we use Cordura® coated with Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU). This isn’t just ordinary fabric; it is a technological masterpiece welded using High Frequency (HF) technology. It protects the contents not only against heavy rain, but even when the pannier is temporarily fully immersed in water!
We are the only manufacturer of bicycle panniers in Poland and one of the few in Europe that use this technology which:
- makes Cordura fully sealed,
- is soft and pleasant to the touch,
- compared to materials with PVC coating:
– has better adhesion to the carrier (Cordura) – higher durability,
– has better resistance to mechanical damage, such as friction,
– withstands more kneading cycles – does not flake off on bends,
– stiffens less during frost,
– retains a fresh look for longer,
– does not contain PVC;
⚠️ The “woven vs. coated” difference
Some cyclists worry that because Cordura® looks like a woven fabric, it might leak. This is a myth.
- How it works: The outer layer is a strong nylon weave designed to take abrasion and abuse. During heavy rain, this outer weave might get wet (darken). However, the inner side is coated with a thick layer of TPU, which creates an impermeable barrier.
- The Result: Even if the bag looks wet on the outside, not a single drop of water can pass through to the inside. Combined with our HF welding process (no needle holes!), this creates a 100% watertight container for your gear.

The Cordura® Pro Line differs from our standard Dry Line in one crucial aspect: The Material.
We use Cordura® TPU, widely considered the most durable material worldwide for bicycle panniers. It offers superior resistance to abrasion, tearing, and scuffing compared to standard tarpaulins. Yet, it remains lightweight, flexible, and soft to the touch.
Thanks to HF (High Frequency) welding technology, the panels are fused together without needle holes, creating a fully waterproof barrier that protects against rain, mud, and river crossings.

Why dig through a deep sack to find your keys? The Twist X60 features the revolutionary X Modular System of buckles and loops, allowing you to build your perfect setup.
- Customize: Add optional Lids, Mini Bags, or Pockets (all sold separately) to the exterior.
- Color-Code Your Gear: Mix and match colors! Put your tools in a black Mini Bag and your first aid kit in a red one. You’ll never have to guess where your gear is again.
- Compress & Carry: Use the mounting points on the front, rear, and sides to strap on wet gear (like a tent mat) or compress the pannier when it’s only half full.
