Technology Behind the Promise
HF Welding Technology
We don’t just sew our waterproof gear; we fuse it. Using High Frequency (HF) welding, we bond the fabric panels together on a molecular level. There are no needle holes for water to seep through.
Original Cordura® TPU
We don’t use cheap substitutes. Our top models are made from legendary Cordura® coated with TPU on the inside. It’s a fabric that will withstand scraping against rocks, branches, and concrete, while remaining 100% waterproof.
The Roll-Top Seal
Zippers can jam or break from dust and mud. A roll-top closure is simple, foolproof, and fully dust- and waterproof. Roll it at least three times, buckle it up, and you can even drop your bag in the water without worry.
Reliable Components
A small element makes a big difference. Cheap plastics crack in the cold. We exclusively use top-tier buckles from Duraflex and Woojin. Where a zipper is absolutely necessary, we rely on Japanese YKK zippers – the most expensive, but the most dependable on the market.
